About The Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (M.B.S.R) Programme

Starting October 3rd, I'll be teaching the groundbreaking 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (M.B.S.R) programme live and online via Zoom.

Through discussion and experiential exercises, you will gain practical skills to help bring mindfulness into your daily life. In addition, you will learn tools to help you to:

- approach life with more composure, energy, understanding, and enthusiasm;

- cope more effectively with both short-term and long-term stressful situations; and

- improve your focus, resilience, and capacity to recover more quickly from challenging events.
