When we launched this company in November 2017, we put it into the public domain with little more than a hope, prayer, and the best of intentions.
Our mission is simple; to promote mindfulness-based stress reduction and in so doing make Trinidad and Tobago a happier, healthier, place to live - one intentional breath at a time.
We think we're well on our way!
373 Hearts and Minds Touched!
In our first year of operation, we've worked hard to raise the awareness of this scientifically validated stress-reduction technique. We've run 11 public workshops (including the first-ever Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction class in Trinidad and Tobago!) and 13 workplace sessions - totaling 373 people we've introduced to the health-boosting, stress-busting, magic and science of mindfulness!
