As we enter another lockdown...
Relax your jaw...
Soften your body...
Close your eyes...
Place your hand over your heart....
Slowly inhale...Slowly exhale....
Remember: everything that has a start, must come to an end....
Be gentle with yourself.
Don't forget to breathe.
