Happy Mindfulness Day!
One of the things I love most about mindfulness is how completely discrete and portable it is - you can apply it to any situation, simply by being aware of what's happening inside you and around you in the present moment, and not judging it. That's why I call it 'peace on the go' - with practice you can access that space of presence and calm anytime, anywhere; especially when you need it most.
Today, why not try incorporating some mindfulness into your daily routine? Try a guided mindfulness meditation, a mindful cup of tea, a mindful walk, or practicing mindful listening and speaking. With a little intention you'll see it's quite easy to bring more mindfulness to your day!
