A growing body of evidence suggests that mindfulness training is effective in reducing indicators of burnout, depression, anxiety, and stress and improving indicators of well-being, vigor, empathy, and stress-resilience. Having a mindfulness practice to draw on when things get tough can be a great tool to help you spot when overwhelm and challenging emotions threaten to take over.
